摘要 防爬器是轨道列车被动防护装置的一部分,由于铝蜂窝填充型列车防爬器峰载荷较大,不能满足使用要求,根据预变形理论,可在防爬器包覆蒙皮上开设诱导槽,以降低峰值载荷。分析了诱导槽深度及层数对防爬器缓冲特性的影响,结果表明,诱导槽深度及层数对防爬器缓冲载荷影响较小,但诱导槽深度越大、层数越多,载荷越不平稳。因此,为保证防爬器缓冲载荷的平稳性,应在满足峰值载荷要求的情况下,应尽量降低诱导槽深度及层数。 Anti-climber is part of passive protection device of railway rain. The peak load of aluminium honeycomb filling type train anti-climber is too high to meet the application requirements. According to the of pre-deformation theory, the slots can be arranged on the covering skin of the anti-climber device to reduce the peak load. In this paper, the influence of the depth and number of the induced slots on the cushioning properties of the anti-climber is analyzed, and the results shows that depth and the number of the slots has little influence on the anti-climber buffer load, however, the buffer load is more unsta-ble when the slots are more and deeper. Therefore, it should be tried to reduce the number and depth of the slots to obtain a stable buffer load, in case that the peak load meets the application demand.
