摘要
实验测试及仿真计算对比研究单、双基板散热器的换热性能。结果表明,实验测试及仿真计算结果吻合较好,相对误差不超过5%;双基板散热器的换热性能优于单基板散热器,且加热功率P越大,优越性越明显,P为600 W时,双基板散热器上的温度监测点T3比单基板散热器低6°;双基板散热器上加热块的两种布置方式,换热效果相差不大,主要区别在于基板上的温度分布,可综合考虑结构布局、安装方便等因素选择相应的布置方式。
In this paper, experimental research and numerical simulation are conducted to investigate the thermal performance difference of a single side and a double-sided heat sink. The results show that experimental research and numerical simulation results are in good agreement, the relative error is less than 5%. The thermal performance of a double-sided heat sink is bet-ter than the single one. What′s more, the superiority is greater with increasing heating power (P). When heating power is 600 W, the temperature (T3) of a double-sided heat sink is 6° lower than the single one. The thermal performance difference is not much between two installation ways of heat blocks on the double-sided heat sink. The main difference is the temperature distribution, so it is more suitable with comprehensive consideration of structure, easy installation and so on when choosing in-stallation ways.
