摘要
对硅酸钙板坯料厚薄不一、密度低进行了研究,报告了传统的加压工艺加压大、能耗高的的现状,对目前硅酸钙板生产线加压工艺的进行调查,提出了滚压加压的加压工艺,设计了一种新型的专用滚压机。通过对此专用滚压机的技术设计要求进行了研究,详细阐述了该专用滚压机的总体结构和工作原理,并研究分析了其关键技术的设计。实践证明:该专用滚压机在能够保证产品要求的前提下,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度,易于推广。
For the different thickness, low density of calcium silicate slab material, the big pressurized pressure of traditional technology and the high energy consumption are reported , a new type of special roller press is designed. Through studying this special roller press technology, a kind of roller pressure processing technology is put forward. The special general structure and working principle of roller press are elaborated, the key technologies of design and research is analyzed. It has been proved that the special roller press improves the production efficiency, reduces the labor intensity, and is easy to be popularized on the premise of product requirement.
