摘要
根据中东地区沙漠环境作业要求,开发了适合5 000 m快速移运钻机的车载固控系统。该固控系统由6个半挂车载罐体组成,设备可随罐体整体运输;并对固控流程进行优化,提高了钻井液的处理效率。该系统拆装简便、机动性能良好,具有广阔的应用前景。
According to the requirements of drilling in the Middle East desert, the vehicle-mounted solid control system for 5000m quick-carrying drilling rig is developed. The system is composed of 6 semitrailer tanks, equipment can be transported with the tank, and the solid control process is optimized to improve the treatment efficiency of drilling fluid. The solid control system would have a wide application prospect owing to its convenient assembly and strong maneuverability.
