摘要
针对目前DSC数据仪器多用于小容量相变材料能量储放能力的测试,设计一种新型测试装置适用于多种容量需求的定型相变材料存储/释放能量的数据测试。首先对测试装置的需求进行分析,提出设计思路和测试系统的工作原理;其次根据工作原理对测试装置进行整体和部分结构进行设计,其中主要包括恒温容器的组成和尺寸设计、支撑架结构设计、信号采集、处理与显示单元设计和电磁阀、给水设备的选择等。然后,以PEG10000+活性炭定型相变材料为例,对测试步骤进行了详细的阐述。
For the problem that current DSC data measuring equipments are most suitable for the energy storing and releasing ability test of Phase Change Material ( PCM) with small volume,a novel energy store/release testing equipment for large a-mounts of shape-stabilized PCM is designed in this paper. Firstly,the requirement for testing equipment is analyzed and the scheming idea and operational principles are proposed. Secondly the whole and part structure are designed according to the op-erational principles,such as the consistence and size of the homothermal container, mechanical structure of the carriage, de-sign of the signals collecting, measuring and displaying units and the selections of electromagnetically operated valve and water supply facilities. Then,taking PEG10000+active carbon PCM as an example,the detailed measuring steps are shown using the designed measuring equipment.
