摘要
为5 000 m低温钻机配套设计的固控系统,整体布局紧凑,满足与钻机整体移运,打丛式井要求。泥浆罐体结构设计以ANSYS为理论基础,配备加热管线,满足低温使用要求。可实现泥浆的灌注、补给、净化、剪切和加重。
Solid control system for the 5000 meters low drilling rig design,the overall layout is compact,and meet with the whole rig move operation and cluster wells requirement. Structure of solid control tank is designed based on the theory of AN-SYS,with heating pipes,which meet the low temperature requirements. The mud system can achieve heavier, cut, perfusion, and replenishment requirements.
