叶片的设计工作一直都是液力变矩器设计的重点和难点。本文通过对冲压型泵轮叶片反求后的数据进行计算、分析,得到泵轮叶形骨线的数学表达式,从而为设计出合理的叶片形状提供了理论依据,减小对经验参数和经验公式的依赖。

The blade design has always been the key and difficult points of the hydraulic torque converter design. This article calculated and analyzed through reverse data by punching pump rotor blades,reached a mathematical expression of the pump wheel leaf bone line,which provided a theoretical basis for the design of a reasonable blade shape, reduced the parameters of experience and experience dependence on the formula.
