摘要 机器视觉识别技术具有非接触、效率高、精度高、在线实时、长时间稳定工作等优点,对提高生产的柔性和自动化有重要作用,是实现集成制造技术的基础。在分析了机器视觉在现代生产中应用的基础上,对机器视觉识别技术在汽车轮毂成型生产线上的在线识别系统进行研究。通过对轮毂图像的获取、图像预处理、特征提取,应用德国MVetc公司的机器视觉软件Halcon来搭建整个视觉系统,提出了一种利用模板匹配来实现轮毂分类的方法,并用基于图像处理底层的Halocn函数实现改进的识别算法。 Machine vision recognition technology has the advantages of non-contact, high efficiency, high precision, online real time and long time stable work, to improve the flexibility and automation of production has an important role, is to achieve integrated manufacturing technology based. Based on the analysis of the application of machine vision in modern production, the on-line identification system of the machine vision recognition technology in the automobile wheel hub forming production line is studied. Through the hub of image acquisition, image pre processing, feature extraction, application German company MVetc machine vision software Halcon to build the entire visual system, put forward a kind of using template matching to achieve hub classification method, and based on the bottom of the Halocn function improved recognition algorithm in image processing.
