摘要
本文简单对桥式起重机的发展历程进行介绍,并着重研究桥式起重机的传统控制系统和现代控制系统,分析基于PLC控制的桥式起重机变频调速控制体统的系统组成、各硬件系统的设计等,认为基于PLC控制系统的变频调速系统具有良好的可靠性和响应速度,应在钢铁、码头以及矿山行业中广泛推广应用。
This paper briefly introduces the development course of bridge crane, and focuses on the research of the traditional control system and modern control system of bridge crane. Based on PLC control of bridge crane frequency control system, including the system composition, the hardware system design are analyzed. It is concluded that the variable frequency speed control system based on PLC control system has good reliability and response speed, and it should be widely used in steel, wharf and mine industry.
