针对传统更换110k V耐张双联绝缘子串方法所存在的不足,通过研制新型工器具——双侧挂钩托瓶架,开发出一套新的作业方法。新的作业方法不仅提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度,同时在零值、低值绝缘子片数满足安全要求的情况下可以进行带电作业,有利于供电可靠性的提高,更好地保证了安全生产。
