摘要
为设计出强度性能良好的高水头混流式水轮机金属蜗壳部件,建立了某台混流式机组金属蜗壳和座环的联合装配模型,对最大水头、升压水头以及试压水头3种工况展开了有限元分析。由结果可知,该蜗壳在各工况下的最大应力,都小于材料屈服极限,即蜗壳的强度性能满足要求,为该机组金属蜗壳的安全运行,提供了依据。
For making the spiral case to meet good demand,the paper discussed a method including computer simulation and hydrostatic testing for two methods. It analyzed the strength of spiral case in power station. The paper set up a 3D model combined spiral case and stay ring,simulated the conditions at max water head,boost water head and test water head. As a result, the spiral case had well strength character. So it provided evidence for hydroturbine's safe operation.
