摘要
本文从武器装备保障的需求出发,在紧密联系虚拟人、虚拟设计、虚拟制造、虚拟装配等技术的基础上,从人-机-环境系统工程出发,建立基于虚拟人的武器装备保障新技术理论,并系统分析了相关技术与组成。分析了基于虚拟人的武器装备保障新技术在装备寿命周期费用、加速试验,以及增加武器装备、人和武器装备配合可靠性方面的应用,以数字化的方法建立虚拟保障系统,实现装备优生,提高装备保障系统效费比。
Based on the man-machine-environment system engineering( MMESE), we closely associated the virtual human, virtual design, virtual manufacturing and virtual assembly technique to meet the requirement of weapon equipment support, presented the theory of new equipment support technique for weapon based on virtual human, and systematically analyzed the related technologies and components. This paper also displayed the intended usage of this new technique including the guarantee of equipment life cycle, acceleration of equipment test,and increasing the reliability of weapons and man operated or use it,set up a virtual security system in digital method to improve the cost-effectiveness of equipment support system, and finally realized the prepotency of weapons.
