Method Design for Priority Classification of Barriers to Knowledge Transfer

知识转移是在一定情境中,跨越组织或组织间边界的知识共享,并在组织或个体间实现转移或传播的复杂过程,面临各种障碍的挑战。本研究基于调查问卷设计采集的利益相关者的调查数据,设计一种知识转移过程中障碍优选级的评定方法。应用表明,该方法简洁易行,具有较强的适用性,可以推广到其它的优选级评定。

Knowledge transfer is knowledge sharing in certain situations, crossing organization or at the border, and achieving the transfer or spread of knowledge between organizations or individuals. The process of knowledge transfer is challenged by many barriers. The research is based on questionnaire survey, collects data from stakeholders, analyzes the data with statistics methods and designs a priority classification assessment method in the process of knowledge transfer. The method is clear and easy to operate and has high suitability to another area of priority classification.
