头孢唑林治疗产妇产褥期感染的临床疗效分析

Therapeutic effects of cefazolin sodium on patients with postpartum infections

目的分析头孢唑林治疗产妇产褥期感染的临床疗效,为制定抗感染治疗方案提供客观依据。方法选取2013年1月-2014年12月100例产褥感染产妇作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组产妇给予左氧氟沙星进行治疗,观察组产妇在对照组疗法的基础上加用头孢唑林进行治疗;对两组产妇的疗效率及不良反应,数据采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组产妇总有效率为96.0%,优于对照组的78.0%,两组产妇比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组共8例产妇发生不良反应,不良反应发生率为16.0%,对照组共5例产妇发生不良反应,不良反应发生率为10.0%,两组产妇不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义。结论在产褥期感染产妇的治疗中加用头孢唑林,可提高疗效和抗感染效果,显著改善产妇的血液指标,且具有较高的安全性。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the therapeutic effects of cefazolin sodium on patients with postpartum infections to provide an objective basis for the formulation of the anti-infection treatment programs.METHODS Totally100 cases of patients with postpartum infections from Jan.2013 to Dec.2014 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with levofloxacin,while the patients in the observation group were treated with combined cefazolin sodium on the basis of the therapy of the control group.The therapeutic efficiency and adverse reactions during the treatment of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared.Data were statistically analyzed by software SPSS 13.0.RESULTS The total efficiency was 96.0%for the observation group,superior to 78.0%for the control group,the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.There were eight cases of adverse reactions in the observation group with the incidence of adverse reactions as 16.0%and five such cases in the control group with the incidence as 10.0%.There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.CONCLUSIONThe application of cefazolin sodium in the treatment of postpartum infections can improve the therapeutic effects and efficacy of anti-infection,and improve the blood indexes of patients significantly and has higher safety.
