反复呼吸道感染患儿氧化应激状态变化研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究反复呼吸道感染患儿氧化应激状态的变化情况,为该类患儿机体氧化应激的改善提供参考依据。方法选取2014年4月-2015年5月于医院进行诊治的60例反复呼吸道感染患儿为观察组,同期选取60名健康儿童为对照组,比较两组儿童的氧化应激状态血清水平各项指标,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组的血清氧化应激状态指标包括总抗氧化能力(TAC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及脂质过氧化产物(LPO)水平,分别为(8.04±1.31)kU/L、(75.35±5.98)nU/ml、(4.48±0.56)μmol/L、(0.71±0.10)U/ml及(4.32±0.40)nmol/ml,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论反复呼吸道感染患儿的氧化应激呈异常状态,且其血清表达水平受感染部位及分期的影响。 OBJECTIVE To study the change state of oxidative stress state of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,in order to provide evidence for the improvement of oxidative stress state of children.METHODS A total of 60 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections in hospital from Apr.2014 to May 2015 were selected as observation group,and 60 healthy children at the same time were selected as control group,then the oxidative stress state serum levels of two groups were compared,and the serum levels of children with different respiratory tract infection sites and stages were compared too.The results were statistically analyzed by software SPSS 17.0.RESULTS The serum oxidative stress state indexes including TAC,SOD,MDA,CAT and LPO of the observation group were respectively(8.04±1.31)kU/L,(75.35±5.98)nU/ml,(4.48±0.56)umol/L,(0.71±0.10)U/ml and(4.32±0.40)nmol/ml,and they all had significant differences to those of the control group,and serum levels of children with different respiratory tract infection sites and stages all had significant differences too.Those indexes′differences were significant(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The oxidative stress states of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections show abnormal state,and the influence of infection sites and stages for serum expression levels are great.
