保温层厚度对低温地板辐射采暖性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 建立考虑保温层厚度对地板辐射供暖性能影响的传热模型,将CFD模拟散热量和现行规范给出的散热量值进行对比,验证了模型的正确性。数值模拟在不同工况下保温层厚度对地面平均温度、有效散热量、热量损失以及地板表面温度均匀性的影响。模拟结果可知,增加保温层厚度有利于提高地板表面平均温度,增加有效散热量、降低热损失百分比、提高地板表面温度分布的均匀性;保温层厚度在25~40 mm范围内较为合理,以30 mm为最佳。 A heat transfer model,which considering the effect of the thickness of the insulation layer on the floor radiant heating,is established. The CFD model is verified by comparing the heat dissipation quantity with the current specification. The influence of insulation layer thickness on the ground temperature,effective heat dissipation,heat loss and floor surface temperature uniformity in different conditions are gained by numerical simulation.From the simulation results,it was found that the thickness increasing of the insulation layer could improved the average temperature of the floor surface,increased the effective heat dissipation,reduced the percentage of heat losing,and improved the uniformity of the temperature distribution as well. The thickness of insulation layer was reasonable in the range of 25- 40 mm,and the 30 mm was the best for the modeling conditions.
