从科研管理部门的角度出发,在科研管理理念、课题制度、科研管理队伍建设以及科研管理信息化等方面进行探讨,分析目前科研管理体制方面存在的一些问题,并相应提出对策建议,为今后的科研管理工作提供一些借鉴和参考。

From the perspective of research administration,the author explored scientific management＇s ideas,subject system,the building of scientific management team,management of information technology and other aspects of scientific research,and analyze some of the problems currently existing in research institutional management,at last propose appropriate countermeasures and recommendations for future researching management to provide some reference.
