摘要
2006年以来浙江省丽水市茶产业主要呈现茶园面积快速增长、产量稳步走高、产值大幅增长、效益持续显著、茶园科技含量明显提高,无性系良种面积增加等良好的发展态势。针对丽水市在茶叶生产、加工、品牌建设等方面存在的不足,提出了丽水茶产业的发展对策,即加大政策扶持力度,培育扶持茶叶龙头,发展生态高效茶叶,培育精品名牌,加强茶叶科研技术推广和人才培养,加强现代市场体系建设、拓宽销售领域,注重宣传、加强茶文化研究等。
Since 2006,tea industry of Lishui has shown a good trend in development,such as a rapid growth of tea plantation area,steadily growing yield,substantial increase in output value,significantly increased profits,improving tea science and technology,increase of clonal seed area.Aiming at the problems existing in the production,processing,brand building in Lishui City,this paper put forward some countermeasures for the development of tea industry in Lishui,such as increasing policy support and foster leading tea brands,developing efficient ecological tea,cultivating brand-name products,strengthening tea scientific research and technology promotion and personnel training,strengthening the construction of a modern market system,broadening the area of sales,paying attention to publicity,putting more efforts in the study of tea culture.
