Numerical Study on Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering Substrates Composed of Two Metals

摘要 本文通过数值模拟研究了金-介质-银结构的双金属拉曼基底.与金构成的单金属拉曼基底相比,拉曼增强因子提高了89%.与以银为基础的单金属基底相比,该基底不仅可以避免银氧化带来的不利影响,而且可以利用金在可见光波段的损耗,将高阶共振造成的场增强抑制为原来的60%.这一研究对于研制选择性高、可靠性强的新型拉曼基底具有参考价值. A dual-metal substrate of gold-dielectric-silver for Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering(SRES)is studied through numerical simulations. The calculations show that the enhancement of SERS can be improved by 89% compared with the single-metal substrate based on gold. Compared with the single-metal substrate of silver,this substrate is immune to oxygenations,and the local field enhancement from high order resonance is decreased to 60% due to the loss of gold at the visible wave range. These results will be helpful for the study on SERS substrates of high selectivity and reliability.
