缺氧与饥饿对马氏珠母贝滤水率和耗氧率的影响 被引量:4

The Influences of Anoxia and Starvation to Pinctada fucata martensii Filtration Rate and Oxygen Consumption Rate

摘要 为了揭示缺氧和饥饿对马氏珠母贝的生理能量学的影响,设置对照组、缺氧组、饥饿组、缺氧且饥饿组,处理12 h后连续5 d分析滤水率与耗氧率,结果显示缺氧和饥饿都显著影响马氏珠母贝的滤水率(p<0.05),但是缺氧和饥饿对马氏珠母贝的滤水率不存在显著交互作用(p>0.05);无论是缺氧还是饥饿均对对马氏珠母贝的耗氧率没有显著影响(p>0.05),而且缺氧和饥饿对马氏珠母贝的耗氧率也没有交互作用(p>0.05)。 In order to reveal the influences of anoxia and starvation to Pinctadafucata rnartensii physiological energetics, we set control groups, anoxia groups, starvation groups, anoxia and starvation groups. After 12 hours cultivation, the filtration rate and oxygen consumption were analyzed in successive five days. It showed that both anoxia and starvation could influence Pinctadafucata rnartensii filtration rate obviously (p〈0.05), but there was no obvious interaction between anoxia and starvation to Pinc tada fuc ata martens ii filtration rate (p 〉 0.05); Neither anoxia nor starvation had obvious influence to Pinctadafueata martensii oxygen consumption rate (p〉0.05), fur- thermore, there was no interaction between anoxia and starvation to Pine tada fuc ata matte ns ii oxygen consumption rate (p〉0.05).
