摘要
选煤厂在煤炭散料装运过程中,往往装车高度会超出车厢高度或者装车平面不平整,为确保运输安全,装车完毕后需要进行表面平整。阐述了传统平整方式存在效率低、重复平整的问题,分析几种常见平煤装置的组成和特点,建议使用单位对不同类型的平煤装置进行力学分析、外形优化等,从而得到最佳的平煤板外形,达到最佳的使用效果。
During coal bulk loading process in washery, the loading height often exceeds the height of the compartment or the loading surface is uneven. In order to ensure the transportation safety, the loading surface needs leveling after loading. The paper narrated the problems of the traditional leveling mode such as low effi ciency and repeated leveling etc, and analyzed several common loading devices about their constitution and features. It also suggested the mechanical analysis and fi gure optimization of various leveling devices should be carried out, so as to obtain the best fi gure of the leveling plate and the optimal service effects.
