摘要
结合现有中小型煤矿斜巷跑车防护装置设计理论依据不足和试验条件难以满足的现状,设计了一种常开碰杆式跑车防护装置,并给出了其设计和计算方法。此外,基于ANSYS对最恶劣碰撞工况下跑车碰撞过程进行了有限元仿真。结果表明:该跑车防护装置的设计和安装分布是合理的,可为煤矿企业应用斜巷跑车防护装置提供理论依据。
In view of lacking in design theory and test condition for the run-away protection device in the inclined shaft of small and medium collieries, a kind of constant-open rod-touching run-away protection device was designed, and its design and calculation method was offered. And then, the run-away and collision process in the severest impact mode was simulated based on ANSYS. The results showed the design and layout of the run-away protection devices was reasonable. The research offered theoretical reference for the application of the run-away protection device in the inclined shaft of collieries.
