摘要 研究了国内煤矿辅助运输的现状,为了将煤矿传统辅助运输的局部自动化、半机械化整合为一个系统,采用物联网技术、射频识别技术、无线传输技术和数据库技术等关键技术,设计了基于物联网的矿山智能化辅助运输系统。该系统在榆树坡煤矿的应用表明,对提高煤矿辅助运输的自动化作业水平、降低工人的劳动强度、提高作业效率及实现煤矿材料和设备的智能化辅助运输具有现实意义。 Present situation of auxiliary transportation in domestic colliery was studied.In order to integrate the local automation and semi-mechanization of traditional auxiliary transportation in colliery into one system,the key technologies such as internet of things,radio frequency identification,wireless transmission,database system and so on were used in the system,the mine intelligent auxiliary transportation system based on internet of things was designed.The application of the system in Yushupo Colliery showed:the system was of practical significance for improvement of automation level of colliery auxiliary transportation,relief of labor intensity,enhancement of productivity as well as realization of intelligent auxiliary transportation of materials and equipments in colliery.
