摘要 在井下驱动举升工艺应用过程中,关机停产会使系统积累的能量迅速释放,导致电动机反转造成生产事故;如果释放不及时将造成憋压,不仅会对设备造成一定的危害,而且还存在安全隐患。针对此类问题,笔者在原有技术的基础上设计了适用于井下驱动举升工艺的自动泄压装置,除了在关机停产后防止电动机反转之外,还可以及时将油管内积存的多余能量安全释放,减少作业工序,降低费用,该装置因其造价较低,可用于直井和斜井中的井下驱动举升系统。 In the process of application of downhole drive lifting technology, at the time of shutting down production, the prompt release of the energy accumulated during production lead to reverse rotation of the motor and then production accident. Holding back the pressure release causes the pressure shutoff, which not only damages the equipments, but forms security risk. In view of this problem, an automatic pressure release device suitable for downhole drive lifting technology was designed based on original technology, the device not only prevented the reverse rotation of the motor after shut down, but timely released surplus energy in pipeline, and reduced the operation procedure and saved investment. Since the device was low in cost, it could be used for downhole drive lifting system in vertical shafts and inclined shafts.
