供暖系统排气阀自动关断装置的研制

Development of Automatic Shutoff Device for Exhaust Valve in Heating System

针对传统排气阀存在浮筒不复位导致的排气孔溢水的问题,加装自动关断装置。分析自动关断装置的结构、工作原理及运行中的注意事项。自动关断装置由安装在供热管道上的球阀、收集器、可伸缩连杆等组成。

In view of problems of vent overflow caused by not resetting the buoy in traditional exhaust valve, the automatic shutoff device is installed. The structure and operating principle of automatic shutoff device as well as the matters needing attention in the operation are analyzed. The automatic shutoff device is composed of a ball valve, a water collector and a connecting rod which can stretch out and draw back in the heating pipe.
