血清降钙素原在老年细菌性肺炎中的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Serum Levels of Calcitonin in Aged Patients With Bacterial Pneumonia

目的研究血清降钙素原在老年细菌性肺炎患者诊断的价值。方法将我院200例老年细菌性肺炎患者分成感染组和缓解组,再选取同期健康体检人群100例作为对照组,对比检测结果。结果老年肺炎患者血清PCT、血清C-反应蛋白以及周围血白细胞系数增加,诊治后三项指标降低。结论检测三项指标对于诊断老年细菌性肺炎有临床意义。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of serum calcitonin in aged patients with bacterial pneumonia. Methods 200 elderly patients with bacterial pneumonia in our hospital were divided into the infection group and the remission group, and 100 healthy people were selected as the control group. Compared the test results between two groups. Results The serum levels of PCT, serum C- reactive protein and peripheral white blood cell coefficient were significantly increased in the elderly patients with pneumonia, and the three indexes were decreased after diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion Detection of three indicators for the diagnosis of bacterial pneumonia in elderly patients has clinical significance.
