超声检查胆囊结石误诊及漏诊的原因分析

目的探讨超声检查胆囊结石误诊及漏诊的原因。方法选取2012年3月~2015年11月我院证实6例胆囊结石漏诊患者和8例误诊为胆囊结石患者的临床资料。结果本组误诊和漏诊共计14例（误诊8例,漏诊6例）。经过超声探查,结合CT或核磁,得到明确诊断和有效治疗。结论造成超声检查胆囊结石误诊及漏诊的原因较多,分析和总结误诊漏诊的原因及可能性,必要时结合CT或核磁,尽量减少胆囊内结石诊断的误诊与漏诊的发生。

Objective To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of gallbladder stone by ultrasonography. Methods Summary of clinical data all confirmed leakage 6 cases of missed diagnosis of gallbladder stone and 8 cases of misdiagnosis of patients with gallstones in Daqing City People＇s Hospital from March 2012 to 2015 November. in patients with clinical data. Results The misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in 14 cases（8 cases of misdiagnosis of 6 cases）. All through repeated ultrasound, may combined with CT or nuclear magnetic, and finally get a clear diagnosis, all patients have been the appropriate treatment, not delay the disease. Conclusion Caused by ultrasonography of gallbladder stones misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis more, analysis and summarize the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of reason and possibility, it is necessary to combine CT or magnetic to minimize the misdiagnosis of the diagnosis of the stones in the gallbladder and the occurrence of missed diagnosis.
