多层螺旋CT与腹部X线平片在诊断肠梗阻中的临床价值对比研究

Comparative Study on the Clinical Value of Multi-Slice Spiral CT and Abdominal X-Ray Film in the Diagnosis of Intestinal Obstruction

目的研究分析肠梗阻诊断使用多层螺旋CT与腹部X线平片的临床效果。方法选取2012年11月~2013年11月我院的95例肠梗阻患者进行研究分析,使用腹部X线平片及多层螺旋CT检查,对两种诊断方法和手术病理结果吻合度以及患者舒适度,图像清晰度,操作难度等进行全面的对比分析。结果多层螺旋CT在诊断肠梗阻疾病时,准确率高于腹部X线平片,对梗阻部位和原因的寻找更加容易,两种诊断的应用效果存在统计学差异性（P〈0.05）。诊断舒适度、图像清晰度方面多层螺旋CT检查优于腹部X线平片,腹部X线平片操作难度低于多层螺旋CT。结论肠梗阻诊断可以选择多层螺旋CT,其诊断准确率高于腹部X线平片,临床中可以选择该种诊断方式。

Objective To study the clinical effect of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis and treatment of intestinal obstruction. Methods 95 cases of intestinal obstruction patients in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2013 were included in the research, they received abdominal X-ray plain film and multi-slice spiral CT for examination, comprehensive compared and analysed the two diagnostic methods, surgical pathology results, patient comfort and image clarity. Results The accuracy of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction was higher than that of abdominal X-ray plain film, the location of the obstruction and the cause of the search were more easily, the application effect of two kinds of diagnosis had statistical difference（P0.05）. Diagnostic comfort, image definition for multi-slice spiral CT examination were better than abdominal X-ray plain film, abdominal X-ray film operation was less than the difficulty of multi spiral CT. Conclusion The diagnosis of intestinal obstruction can be selected by multislice spiral CT, the diagnostic accuracy is higher than that of abdominal X-ray plain film, and the diagnosis method can be selected in clinic.
