DR与多层螺旋CT影像检查对脊椎转移瘤的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of DR and Multi Slice Spiral CT Imaging in The Diagnosis of Spinal Metastases

目的探讨DR与多层螺旋CT影像检查对脊椎转移瘤的诊断价值。方法选择我院接受治疗的60例脊椎转移瘤患者,按治疗顺序分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予DR检查诊断,观察组给予多层螺旋CT影像检查诊断。比较两组椎体及横突骨质破坏、骨性椎管累及、椎旁软组织肿块的检出率。结果观察组椎体及横突骨质破坏、骨性椎管累及、椎旁软组织肿块的检出率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT影像可检查出患者的早期骨质破坏,提高临床诊断率,有助于对患者进行有限治疗。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of DR and MSCT imaging examination for spinal metastases. Methods According to the order of treatment, 60 patients with spinal metastases in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（n=30） and observation group（n=30）. The control group was given DR examination, while the observation group received MSCT imaging diagnosis. And compared the prevalence of the two groups for centrum, transverse process bone destruction, bone vertebral canal involvement, paravertebral soft tissue masses. Results The detection rate of the observation group was higher than the control group for centrum, transverse process bone destruction, bone vertebral canal involvement, paravertebral soft tissue masses. whatmore, the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion MSCT imaging can check out early bone destruction of patients, heighten clinical diagnostic rate, contribute to effective treatment for patients.
