地佐辛复合丙泊酚在门诊无痛胃镜53例中的麻醉效果分析

The Anesthetic Effect of Dezocine Combined With Propofol in Painless Gastroscopy in 53 Cases

目的分析地佐辛复合丙泊酚在门诊无痛胃镜中的麻醉效果。方法将我院门诊收治的105例行无痛胃镜检查患者分为2组,实验组53例给予地佐辛复合丙泊酚麻醉,对照组52例给予单纯丙泊酚麻醉。结果实验组丙泊酚使用量[(122.15±5.34)mg]、VAS评分[(1.14±0.08)分]、苏醒时间[(5.67±1.38)min]少于对照组[(138.99±6.38)mg、(3.24±0.65)分、(6.59±1.69)min],其麻醉镇痛效果为0级的比例(98.11%)高于对照组(80.77%),不良反应发生率(9.435%)低于对照组(32.69%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊无痛胃镜中应用地佐辛复合丙泊酚,可取得理想的麻醉效果。

Objective To analyze the anesthetic effect of dezocine combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy. Methods 105 cases of painless gastroscopy patients in our hospital were divided into two groups, the experimental group of 53 cases were given dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia, the control group of 52 cases were treated with propofol anesthesia. Results The volume of propofol in the experimental group was（122±5.34） mg, the VAS score（1.14±0.08） and the recovery time（567±1.38） mintues were less than the control group（138.99±6.38） mg,（3.24±0.65） scores,（659±1.69） mintues, but the proportion of grade 0 of the analgestic effect in the experimental group（98.11%） was higher than that of the control group（80.77%）, the occur rate of adverse reactions occur rate（9.435%） was lower than that of the control group（32.69%）, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion The application of dezocine combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy can achieve the desired anesthesia effect.
