闭合性腹部创伤中小肠破裂在临床上较为常见,少数小肠破裂具有早期症状较轻、体征不明显、症状及体征推迟出现的特征,早期具有隐匿性,临床确诊和鉴定具有一定的难度。本例小肠破裂即为1例隐匿性小肠破裂损伤程度鉴定,早期体征不明确,认定起来较为困难,具有一定特点。
