儿科超说明书用药影响因素探讨

Influencing Factors of Pediatric Exceed Manual Medicine

目的分析研究儿科超说明书用药影响因素。方法选择2014年12月~2015年12月本院儿科所开具的处方2 027张门诊以及住院处方作为调查对象,调查超说明书用药影响因素以及超说明书用药的药物种类。结果给药剂量、给药频率、给药途径、适应证以及超年龄用药是主要影响因素。2 027张处方中共有5 876条用药记录,其中超说明书用药记录有621条。抗变态反应药是超说明书用药发生率最高的药物种类。结论儿科用药具有较高风险,本院儿科仍然存在超说明书用药的情况,用药剂量、用药频率以及超年龄用药是超说明书用药的主要影响因素,在临床临床用药时应注意上述因素,并尽可能降低儿科超说明书用药的几率。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of pediatric exceed manual medicine. Methods Selected 2 027 prescriptions of outpatient and inpatient in the hospital pediatric prescription from December 2014 to December 2015 as the investigation object. Results Dosage, frequency of administration, route of administration, indication and age of drug use were the main influencing factors,there were 5 876 records for drugusing of the 2 027 prescriptions, including 621 of which were over specification, anti allergy drugs were the most high incidence of drug types in the specification. Conclusion Pediatric medication has a high risk in the hospital, ultra manual medication, medication dosage, frequency of medication and ultra age medication are the main influence factors of the use of ultra manual. In clinical drug use, we should pay attention to these factors, and as far as possible to reduce the risk of pediatric ultra manual medication.
