阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联用治疗冠心病的疗效评价

Evaluation on Atorvastatin Combined With Trimetazidine in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联用治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择136例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分对照组和观察组,对照组采用阿托伐他汀进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用曲美他嗪进行治疗,治疗28 d后,比较两组患者的临床疗效以及心电图疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率以及心电图有效率分别为94.12%、89.17%,均优于对照组的77.94%、73.53%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联用治疗冠心病心绞痛可取得良好的临床疗效。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of atorvastatin and Sibutramine trimetazidine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 136 cases of angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received atorvastatin treatment, observation group received trimetazidine treatment basis on the control group, after treatment of 28 d, compared the clinical efficacy and electrocardiogram results of the two groups. Results In observation group, treatment efficiency and effectiveness of the ECG were 94.12%, 89.17%, they were significantly better than the control group whickh were 77.94%,73.53%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin and trimetazidine treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can achieve good clinical curative effect combined with trimetazidine.
