痰热清注射液治疗肺炎支原体合并EB病毒感染性肺炎的疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Tanreqing Injection in The Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia Complicated With EB Virus Infection

目的探讨痰热清注射液治疗肺炎支原体合并EB病毒感染性肺炎的临床效果。方法将126例肺炎支原体合并EB病毒感染性肺炎患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组63例。观察组给予痰热清注射液联合阿奇霉素、抗病毒及止咳化痰等药物治疗,对照组不加痰热清,比较两组治疗效果、症状及体征变化情况。结果观察组总有效率98.41%,对照组为90.48%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液辅助阿奇霉素等治疗肺炎支原体合并EB病毒感染性肺炎疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with EB virus infection. Methods 126 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with EB virus pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group（63 cases in each group）. Patients in observation group were treated with Tanreqing injection combined with azithromycin, antiviral and relieving cough and phlegm and other drug treatment, control group： did not add Tanreqing, compared with two groups of curative effect, symptoms and signs of change. Results In the observation group, the total effective rate was 98.41%,control group was 90.48%, and the difference was significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Tanreqing injection of azithromycin treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with EB infection pneumonia curative effect.
