针灸配合中药熏蒸治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果观察

The Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的评价针灸配合中药熏蒸治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年1月~2015年7月收治的类风湿关节炎患者110例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组55例。在常规西药治疗的基础上,对照组加用中药熏蒸,研究组采用针灸配合中药熏蒸,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果研究组临床总有效率为96.36%,高于对照组的80.00%,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论针灸配合中药熏蒸治疗类风湿关节炎可以取得较为理想的临床疗效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the treating of rheumatoid arthritis through combining acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. Methods Selected 110 cases with rheumatoid arthritis from January 2014 to July 2015 and randomly divide into study group and control group, there were 55 cases in each group. The patients of control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and the study group was treated by acupuncture combined with herbal fumigation. The clinical treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（96.36% vs.80.00%, P0.05）. The difference had statistically significant. Conclusion The treating of rheumatoid arthritis through combining acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can achieve ideal clinical curative effect.
