乌司他丁联合柴芍承气汤治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of Combination of UTI and Chaishao Chengqi Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

目的对乌司他丁联合柴芍承气汤治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效进行观察。方法选取2015年3月~2015年11月我院收治的急性胰腺炎患者96例。分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,加用乌司他丁联合柴芍承气汤。对两组的疗效、症状及体征改善情况、血尿淀粉酶和白细胞计数恢复情况进行观察和比较。结果对照组24例痊愈,12例有效,总有效率为75%;治疗组39例痊愈,7例有效,总有效率为95.83%。结论乌司他丁联合柴芍承气汤能够获得较好疗效。

Objective Effect of ulinastatin combined with Chaishao Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis is observed. Methods Selected 96 cases of acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from March 2015 to November 2015 and divided into control group and treatment group, control group patients were given regular treatment, the treatment group were given ulinastatin combined with Chaishao Chengqi decoction on the basis of conventional therapy. The efficacy, symptoms and signs improvement of the two groups were observed and compared with the recovery of the serum and urine amylase and white blood cell count. Results 24 cases of control group were cured, 12 patients were effective, the total effective rate was 75%. In treatment group, 39 patients recovered, 7 patients were effective, the total effective rate was 95.83%. Conclusion UTI combined with Chaishao Chengqi decoction can achieve good curative effect
