早期康复训练对小儿脑损伤综合征及脑瘫治疗效果的影响

目的探讨早期康复训练对脑损伤综合征及脑瘫患儿治疗效果的影响。方法回顾分析我院2014年12月~2015年12月收治的120例小儿脑损伤综合征及脑瘫患者的临床资料,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,各60例,对照组实行家庭康复护理,观察组接受正规的早期康复训练,训练0.5年后,比较两组患者发育商（DQ）水平。结果两组患者治疗前对比,差异不具有统计学意义,康复训练后观察组DQ效果优于对照组,且观察组治疗半年显效率为81.67%,高于对照组的35%,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小儿脑损伤综合征及脑瘫患儿实施早期康复训练疗效良好,能够促使患儿及早恢复正常。

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation training on brain injury syndrome and cerebral palsy. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data from 120 cases of children with brain injury syndrome and cerebral palsy in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015, randomly divided them into observation group（n = 60 cases） and control group（n = 60 cases）. Control group received family rehabilitation nursing, observation group received normal early rehabilitation training, after six months, compared developmental quotient（DQ） level of patients in two groups. Results There was no significant difference before treatment between observation group and control group, rehabilitation training DQ effect was better in observation than the control group, and the efficiency in observation group was 81.67% for half a year, higher than that of control group which was 35%, there was significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion Children with brain injury syndrome and cerebral palsy adopting early rehabilitation training has a good effect, can return to normal earlier.
