摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在剖宫产术后护理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年5月~2014年5月在我院行剖宫产的140例产妇,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组70例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理,对两组产妇护理满意度进行比较。结果经护理干预,观察组产妇总满意度为97.14%,对照组产妇总满意度为74.29%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在剖宫产术后运用舒适护理可有效减轻产妇的心理压力,缓解产妇的不良情绪,促进术后身心健康的恢复,有助于提高产妇护理满意度。
Objective To discuss the effect of comfortable nursing in cesarean section postoperative nursing. Methods Seleted 140 cases from April 2012 to April 2014 years in our hospital, splits the palace production parturients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group 70 cases. The control group was given routine nursing care, observation group was given comfort care, the two groups of mothers nursing satisfaction were compared. Results After nursing intervention, the observation group overall maternal satisfaction was 97.14%, control group overall maternal satisfaction was 74.29%, the between group difference was significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Cesarean section postoperative application of comfortable nursing care can effectively reduce maternal psychological pressure The ability to alleviate the adverse emotional, promote postoperative recovery of physical and mental health, help to improve maternal care satisfaction.
