护理干预对剖宫产术后产妇康复的疗效分析

Effect Analysis on Nursing Intervention for Rehabilitation in Parturient After Cesarean Section

目的研究探讨护理干预对剖宫产术后产妇康复的影响。方法将我院2014年9月~2015年9月实行剖宫产的患者78例作为研究对象。对照组给予常规化护理措施,观察组实行护理干预模式,比较两种护理措施对患者康复的影响。结果观察组护理有效率为94.9%,对照组护理有效率为74.4%,观察组肛门排气时间、自主排尿时间、下床活动时间以及泌乳时间均短于对照组。结论在产妇实行剖宫产后,对其展开护理干预模式,可有效促进患者康复。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on rehabilitation in parturient after cesarean section. Methods 78 cases of parturient in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 who underwent cesarean section were taken as the object. The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given nursing intervention model, compared two kinds of nursing measures for patients. Results In the observation group, nursing efficiency was 94.9%, the control group patients nursing efficiency was 74.4%, anal exhaust time, the self voiding time, out of bed activity time and the time of lactation in observation group were shorter than that of the control group. Conclusion The implementation of maternal nursing intervention model after cesarean section can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients.
