摘要
目的探讨2糖尿病合并冠心病患者的急救措施及护理策略。方法对49例糖尿病合并冠心病患者的急救措施及护理方法进行回顾。结果抢救总有效率为95.92%,死亡2例。急救后心悸、心律失常、胸闷等症状的发生率低于急救前(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并冠心病患者进行科学的急救及护理,可改善患者预后。
Objective To explore the emergency treatment and the nursing measures in diabetic patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Analysed the emergency treatment and nursing measures in 49 diabetic patients with coronary heart disease. Results The rate of success was 95.92%, 2 cases died. The incidence rate of palpitation, arrhythmia, chest tightness after emergency treatment was lower than before（P0.05）. Conclusion Scientific emergency treatment and the nursing measures in diabetic patients with coronary heart disease can enhance prognosis.
