摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在产妇产时与产后出血护理中的应用方法以及其临床效果。方法选取2015年6~12月于我院就诊的产妇106例,将产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预。结果观察组接受综合护理干预后,患者在生产时、生产后的出血量较少,两组患者的护理效果对比,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论对产妇实施综合护理干预,产妇在生产时、产后的出血量较低。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on maternal intrapartum and postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Selected 106 cases of maternal from June to December 2015 in our hospital and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 53 patients. Control group received routine nursing, observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Results Observation group after comprehensive nursing intervention, patients had less blood loss after the production, the nursing effect in two groups had obvious difference, P0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for women during production can achieve low amount of postpartum haemorrhage.
