摘要
目的探讨急性大出血患者输注冷沉淀及正确护理的治疗效果。方法对我院重症病房2013年1月~2014年3月收治的60例急性大出血患者,进行输注冷沉淀治疗,对比输注前后凝血功能的对比。结果冷沉淀输注后凝血能力增强,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对急性大出血患者进行准确的冷沉淀输注,给予相应的护理办法,可有效提高患者的凝血能力,具有良好的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and nursing for acute hemorrhage patients with cryoprecipitate transfusion. Methods 60 cases of acute hemorrhage patients in the ICU of our hospital from January 2013 to March 2014 were treated with cryoprecipitate transfusion, compared coagulation function before and after transfusion injection. Results After infusion of cryoprecipitate, clotting capacity increased, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion For patients with acute massive hemorrhage, cryoprecipitate infusion and accurate nursing measures can effectively improve the patient＇s blood clotting ability.
