体外反搏治疗老年缺血性心脑血管疾病的护理

Nursing in the EECP Treatment for Elderly Patients With Ischemic Cardio-Cardiovascular Disease

目的探讨体外反搏治疗老年缺血性心脑血管疾病时正确有效的护理措施。方法 90例老年缺血性心脑血管疾病患者均接受体外反搏治疗,在治疗过程中提供针对性的护理措施,如治疗前准备、治疗中观察、治疗后护理等。结果 90例老年缺血性心脑血管疾病患者均顺利完成体外反搏治疗,皮损发生率仅为5.56%(5例),经临床对症处理后均好转或痊愈,无严重后果发生。90例患者在接受上述护理服务过程中护患纠纷发生率0.00%(0例),护理效果较为理想。结论对老年缺血性心脑血管疾病患者给予体外反搏治疗过程中提供针对性的全面护理服务可提高其治疗安全性,有效保障患者生活质量及生命安全,有利于维持良好的护患关系。

Objective Discuss nursing measures in EECP treatment for elderly patients with ischemic cardio-cerebrovascular disease. Methods 90 cases of elderly patients with ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease were treated with EECP, they were provided with targeted care measures during treatment, such as pretreatment preparation, treatment observation and post treatment care. Results 90 cases of elderly patients with ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease received successfully EECP treatment, skin lesions incidence rate was 5.56%（n=5）, and were improved or cured after clinical symptomatic treatment, no serious event occurred. Nurse-patient disputes incidence rate was 0.00%（0 cases）, nursing effect was ideal. Conclusion Elderly patients with ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases receiving targeted comprehensive care during EECP treatment can significantly improve the safety of treatment, quality of life and effectively protect the safety of patients, which will help maintain a good nurse-patient relationship.
