摘要
目的探讨护理风险管理在普外科病房中的应用效果。方法将190例普外科手术患者随机分为观察组(常规+护理风险管理)和对照组(常规护理),对比两组风险管理与控制效果。结果观察组综合满意率和护理质控评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),风险事故发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在普外科病房中的应用具有良好的效果,有效降低了普外科病房中的安全隐患,对治疗与康复具有积极的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing risk management in the ward of department of general surgery. Methods 190 cases of operation patients in department of general surgery were randomly divided into observation group（routine nursing risk management） and control group（routine nursing）,compared two groups of risk management and control effect. Results In the observation group, nursing quality comprehensive satisfaction rate was significantly higher than control group（P0.05）, the risk of accident rate was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing risk management has a very significant effect of nursing risk management in department of general surgery, can effectively reduce the security risks in the department of general surgery ward, and has a positive impact on the treatment and rehabilitation of patients.
