摘要 基于煤与聚对苯二甲酸类(PET)塑料的热重分析及PET热裂解色谱分析结果,结合煤低温热解过程中发生的化学变化,阐明煤与PET塑料协同炭化的机理,并指出PET的炭化裂解对煤样炭化过程的进行及炭化产品孔隙结构的形成起到积极的促进作用,原煤与炭化材料的红外光谱对比分析结果为协同炭化机理提供了表面化学方面的证据,预氧化煤加20%PET塑料的炭化材料的XRD分析为煤与PET塑料良好的炭化协同效应提供了微观结构上的证据。 Based on the thermogravimetrie analysis of coal and PET plastic and results of pyrolysis chromatography of PET,and combining with chemical changes happened in coal pyrolysis at low temperature,the co-carbonization mechanism of coal and PET plastic was demonstrated,it was also indicated that the carbonization cracking of PET could promote the carbonization of coal and the formation of pore structure of carbonization products,the contrast analysis result of infrared spectrum of raw coal and carbonization materials provided the evidence at surface chemistry aspect for the mechanism of co-carbonization,the XRD analysis of the carbonization materials of pre-oxidation coal and 20%PET plastic provided the evidence for good carbonization synergistic effects of coal and PET plastic at microstructure aspect.
