摘要
采用丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸钠(NaAA)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为聚合单体,通过光引发剂引发两性聚丙烯酰胺的共聚法合成(Amphoteric polyacrylamide,AmPAM),考察精确的单因素实验条件。结果表明:n(AM):n(NaAA):n(DMC)=1:0.63:0.15,单体质量分数32%,引发剂用量0.06%,光照时间2.3h以上,反应温度36℃为最佳实验条件;通过红外光谱进行结构表征符合AmPAM结构特征。
In this study,amphoteric polyacrylamide( APAMR) was synthesized via copolymerization by adopting photoinitiator as initiator and the raw material is sodium acrylate( AANa),acrylamide( AM) and methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride( DMC).The result indicated that the best inherent viscosity when monomer ratio of n( AM) :n( NaAA) :n( DMC) was 1:0.63:0.15,the monomer concentration was 32%,the amount of the initiator was 0.06%,the illumination time was above 2.3h and reaction temperature was 36° C.Finally,the production was characterized by IR.
