摘要
建立了普通制动鼓和螺旋槽式制动鼓的有限元模型,运用有限元软件并结合制动器的相关国家试验标准对两种制动鼓的温度场进行模拟和研究。通过两种制动鼓的9次制动循环的对比研究,找出这两种制动鼓在制动过程中热性能的规律,同时,也发现了螺旋槽式制动鼓有着比普通制动鼓更好的散热性能。
This article creates finite element models of the ordinary brake drums and the spiral groove brake drum.It simulates and studies the temperature field for two kinds of brake drum with FEM software and national standards related to performance test.On the basis of a comparative study on the nine brake cycles for two kinds of brake drum it found the general law of thermal performance for these brake drums in the braking process.At the same time,we also found the spiral groove brake drum has a better thermal dissipation performance than ordinary brake drum.
