摘要
LS系列螺旋输粉机轴承座支撑及润滑设计在实际使用维护中,轴承损坏故障高发,检修作业时,拆卸工作量大,检修效率低,不能满足生产要求。分析存在的问题,提出结构设计优化方案。
The bearing support design and lubrication design of LS-series screw feeder may lead to problems like bearing damage and failure,large quantities of disassembly works,low maintenance efficiency and can't meet the production requirements.This article mainly analyzes all these problems and proposes a optimized solution for the design plan.
