多重耐药型与药物敏感型大肠杆菌在羊肉中生长动力学模型的建立

摘要 为探讨食源性大肠杆菌的生长特性,通过建立多重耐药型与药物敏感型大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)在羊肉中的生长动力学模型,在10,15,20,25,35,37℃不同贮藏温度下研究了多重耐药型与药物敏感型大肠杆菌的生长模型。采用修正的Logistic方程拟合大肠杆菌的一级生长模型,在一级方程的基础上建立了大肠杆菌的二级平方根方程,分析了大肠杆菌的生长参数。 The growth characteristics of foodborne Escherichina coli is studied in this paper. The growth kinetic model of drug resistance and sensitivity E.coli in mutton are established in this research. The growth model of multiple drug resistance and sensitivity strains are studied at 10,15,20,25,35,37 ℃. The Escherichina coli primary growth equation is fitted by the modified Logistic equation,then the secondary square root equation is established on the basis of primary growth equation. The growth parameters of Escherichina coli are also analyzed.
