摘要
从5种陕西省市售地方酸奶中分离出乳酸菌,研究乳酸菌分离株对多西环素、万古霉素、头孢吡肟、庆大霉素、四环素、链霉素以及红霉素这7种抗生素的耐药性。利用MRS培养基和MC培养基,通过划线分离培养分离酸奶样品中的乳酸菌,对分离株进行甲苯胺蓝染色初级鉴定,同时采用纸片扩散法进行耐药性对比。从5种品牌酸奶中共分离出5株菌株,包括杆菌4株、球菌1株,用纸片扩散法进行耐药性测定均没有检测到获得性耐药表型。
This paper from 5 kinds of lactic acid bacteria is isolated in shaanxi provinces and cities selling place of yogurt,the separation of lactic acid bacteria strains to doxycycline,vancomycin,cefepime,gentamycin,tetracycline,streptomycin and erythromycin the 7 kinds of antibiotic resistance. Using MRS culture medium and cultivated by streak MC medium separation of lactic acid bacteria in yogurt samples,toluidine blue staining the primary identification of the isolates,resistance comparison by disc diffusion method at the same time. Isolated from five brand yogurt of the communist party of China from 5 strains,4 strains bacillus, staphylococcus aureus 1 strain, by disc diffusion method for determination of resistance acquired drug resistance phenotypes are not detected.
